Ian McNickle founded 2Market Consulting Inc in 2004. With 10 years experience in the high tech industry Ian has worked in a variety of management roles. Since the company’s inception in 2004 2Market Consulting has grown rapidly and currently services companies all along the west coast.

In addition to his responsibilities as CEO of 2Market Consulting he served as an Honorary Chairman on the Congressional National Business Advisory Council in 2006.

Ian has a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University and an MBA from the University of Washington.

Cory Roletto joined 2Market Consulting in 2005 and currently serves as President. Cory has more than 10 years experience in the high tech industry. His experience ranges from process and development engineering to technical and competitive marketing.  An accomplished corporate marketer, his vision and expertise in competitive positioning helped drive notable enterprise growth.

Cory has a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Washington.
